About Jon and Pam
Jon and Pam are the authors of Spiritual Seeds: How to Cultivate Spiritual Wealth Within Your Future Children (Elevate Publishing, 2015). This book was dedicated to their four adult sons and daughters-in- law. Though empty nesters, they enjoy three grand- sons. Both Jon and Pam were raised in agricultural settings: Pam a Nebraska farm girl and Jon the son of a Montana cattleman and horse-racer. They now grow and train people instead of crops and animals. Together, they co-founded You Gotta Ask, Inc in the summer of 2020, inviting men and women to take a next step toward God, starting with compelling questions in relational settings.
About Jon
Jon is the Executive Director for You Gotta Ask, Inc. Jon has generated “mission startups” including a Christian campus ministry at BYU in Provo, Utah; a church plant (Riverside Community Church) in Meridian, Idaho;
and Search Ministries (national), in Boise. The theme has always been relational evangelism, discipleship, and relational apologetics. Jon loves to train people’s heart and mind, exploring questions about God, life, and manhood. He pioneered the Adventure Dinner, which combines great food shared by interesting people exploring compelling ideas.
Jon refuels in the foothills or along the river, hiking, running, walking, and mountain-biking with routine forays into hot yoga. He loves marking up books to glean ideas, but does his best thinking on the move. He enjoys great stories and learning from the life experiences of other people.

About Pam
Pam, the Women’s Director of You Gotta Ask, Inc, serves in a mentoring role with women throughout the Treasure Valley. She co-founded LIFT, which exists to create impactful, relational events and gatherings that welcome all women and encourage them to live inspired, fearless, and thriving lives.
Pam loves creating safe places for women to openly explore tough questions and life challenges. Her fa- vorite hobby is “soul sloshing”—talking with women over a cup of coffee about matters of the heart. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside women to help them discover and embrace who they are and their unique purpose.
